I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this cozy hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location was quiet and the staff treated me so well, top-notch service.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little variety, could have been more options to choose from.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. On site parking is in a secured garage located under the hotel. The hotel is located in a quite residential area with shopping nearby. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Berlin.

The hotel is located in a pleasant area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's on the outskirts of the city, a bit far from the nearest underground station but easily reachable by public transportation. The rooms were well-maintained and followed the unique Bavarian alpine theme, with nice furniture and decor. Breakfast was excellent with a friendly and helpful staff, and there was a nice conservatory/function room as well as an extensive garden that was well-presented.

The hotel could improve its WiFi connection to make it more reliable and faster.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. Very good customer service in all parts of the hotel.

Parking was terrible but this is just Berlin area, the hostess was pretty nice about letting us park in another space after someone else had taken our space.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant peaceful neighborhood. They serve a wonderful breakfast buffet with a great variety to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever needed.

The location is a bit out of the way and the transportation to the city center takes quite some time. , the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel seems to be spotty at times.

The hotel is conveniently situated away from the city center, providing a peaceful and relaxed ambiance. The service at this place was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I also loved the terrace and the garden area where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was reliable, allowing me to stay connected with ease. the comfort and quality services provided by this hotel truly enhanced my experience.
